I think GoGuide has knocked it out of the park. I’m not a techie guy at all but it’s super easy to navigate. It’s super easy for my clients to book.

GoGuide, It has been a blessing for us. It is probably the coolest thing and the best thing from a guide stance. It’s well organized. It is helping us not only grow our business but be organized on the back end for the guides.

Not having a shop, being the only one who has to answer the phones, emails, all that stuff and take people out on the water... this is why GoGuide is such a great fit for guides that are independent because people can just go onto your website, click it, book you, and away you go without having to wait 5-6 hours for me to return phone calls.  

You guys have reached out unsolicited at times just to check in and I so appreciate that. It means you are not only passionate about what you are doing, but it means you are passionate about the people that you are working with and you care enough to ask “is there anything we can do?” It shows that your company is built on relationships and that is huge. 

Absolutely Saves time. I love how everything is integrated. You guys do an awesome job at creating your booking to having your transaction, the scheduling all in one place. Trying to do it with different calendars and taking credit card payments... it's a nightmare. So I love that everything is integrated. 

The customer service and the expediency of having technical difficulties figured out or explained or worked through has been like lightning speed. Customer service is crazy spooky good.
