Quality Standards

These Quality Standards are made pursuant to the Trustoa, Inc. (the “Company”) Terms of Service , which govern the use of the Company’s “GoGuide” application, website, and service, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.goguide.io or any other website through which the Company makes its services available (the “Website”), and to any mobile, tablet and other smart device applications, and application program interfaces (the “Application”) (collectively, the “Services”). All Adventures booked via the Services create an Agreement between registered users seeking adventures (“Explorers”) and other registered users offering authentic adventures in the community (“Locals”). Locals can use the Services to publish experiences and excursions in their fields of expertise (“Adventures”), which can then be booked by Explorers who wish to participate in that Adventure.

Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon compliance with the Terms of Service and your understanding and agreement that the Company is merely a facilitator providing an online marketplace connecting users, and that the Company is not a participant in any relationship between users, Locals or Explorers, nor is it a party to any contractual relationship between a Local and an Explorer.

These Quality Standards are incorporated into, and form part of the Terms of Service, and any Explorer or Local participating in any Adventure offered through the Services, is bound to adhere to these Quality Standards. Any terms not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

1. Quality Standards

1.1 Locals agree to adhere to the following Quality Standards in respect of all Adventures they host:

1.1.1 the Local alone is responsible for identifying and obtaining any credentials, qualifications, licenses, permits and/or any other registrations or requirements that are or that might be applicable to the Adventure being hosted, including but not limited to any of the foregoing which are required by applicable law;

1.1.2 honoring reservations/bookings;

1.1.3 clear, open and consistent communication with Explorers;

1.1.4 respecting all Explorers and making them feel included and welcome;

1.1.5 providing opportunities for participation for every Explorer participating in an Adventure;

1.1.6 accuracy and credibility in all interactions and engagement via the Services;

1.1.7 making safety a priority at all times, including when designing and listing an Adventure;

1.1.8 putting the safety of all Explorers first and foremost in the course of an Adventure; and

1.1.9 complying with relevant laws and regulations, including obtaining all required permits, licenses, and approvals.

2. General

2.1 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Quality Standards at any time.
